Assign access controls rights

Information on how to assign access control rights to users in FREELUCY.

There are several specific roles made for FREELUCY that ServiceNow admins can assign to users and groups. There are:

Assign roles to groups

ServiceNow admins can assign roles to groups as follows:

  1. From the ServiceNow dashboard, select All.
  2. Filter for User Administration and select Groups.

  1. Select the group you want to add the role to.
  2. Under the Roles tab, select Edit.
  3. Filter for x_inpgh_lucy and select the role you wish to add to the group. Or you can select multiple roles if you wish to assign more than one.

  1. Select the right-facing chevron. The roll is then added to the Role List.
  2. Select Save.

Assign roles to users

ServiceNow admins can assign roles to specific users as follows:

  1. From the ServiceNow dashboard, select All.
  2. Filter for User Administration and select Users.

  2. Select the Roles tab then select Edit.
